Taylor Massage offers a valuable service and a great experience. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my “pain points” thoroughly then used an approach that was perfect for me. I left feeling relief and definitely better than before treatment!

I was skeptical about the true benefits of lymphatic massage when my surgeon recommended it during my pre-op consultation so I didn’t book it (a decision I now fully regret). I was so swollen and uncomfortable at my three week post-op follow up that my surgeon again recommended I give lymphatic massage a shot and I’m so glad I finally listened and found Heather! After the first session, I saw a noticeably large decrease in the amount of swelling and felt a significant improvement in my pain. I was able to move around easier and the decreased pain improved my mood and gave me hope that I’d get back to my pre-op self. After two additional sessions, my pain is completely gone and the swelling is almost gone. Heather is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and skilled. She took time to get to know me and my body, explained what she was going to do and what results I could expect. She was honest and accommodating, and just simply wonderful. I wish I had started going earlier during my post-op; I suffered for weeks unnecessarily (but I take full responsibility for it because I was stubborn and didn’t listen). Moral of the story- if you have any swelling, inflammation or pain, you need to book Heather immediate
