Welcome to Anahata Massage! 
My name is Heather and I am a Neuromuscular Therapist. I specialize in deep tissue, cranio-sacral, trigger point and energy/sound therapy. I also offer micro-current acupuncture and facial treatments.  I have been a certified, practicing therapist since 2003, working exclusively from my home since 2021. I am here to balance your body. I am here to help you figure out WHY something is hurting. I am here to help you heal! I am firm in my commitment to whole body wellness, inclusivity and social justice. I am an advocate and will always strive to provide the best healing for all who grace my table. 
 

A few details about my space : PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING!

- I work out of my home therefore male clients are by referral only. Feel free to email me any questions about this at booking@heatherluttrell.com, or text me (404) 666-4345.

- Covid-19 vaccination is REQUIRED for services. If you were not a client before the pandemic, I may require proof via your vaccination card. 

- FRAGRANCE FREE FACILITY! Thank you for not wearing ANY perfume, colognes, or scented lotions, hair gel or hairspray. Many clients and myself are highly allergic to these products and we want to avoid any allergic reactions.  All essential oils I use in my practice are of the highest therapeutic grade.

-Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time! I don't have a waiting room here :) If you arrive too early, (do not knock loudly on the front door) please enjoy your phone in your car! Rest assured you will receive your full session time to the minute. 

-DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE SICK!!!!! PLEASE!!!! I will be especially understanding about cancellations for this reason. Seriously... NO!

- If you are going to be late,  please call/text me (404) 666-4345 me as soon as you can so I can attempt to accommodate everyone. Also please understand this may affect your session time on the table.  

 - I do have 3 cats. All are docile and sweet and you probably won't notice them.  Kitties are not allowed in the massage room, so that space is allergen free, for anyone who suffers from animal allergies.   

-There will be a booking/cancellation fee of $50.00 for cancellations with less than 24hrs notice. Full price is charged for same day cancellation.

All massages are 75min. Tips are always appreciated. Extras like cupping and energy work/ reiki will be included instead of an extra charge. 75min allows time for me to tailor your massage to your needs. I have found 60min to not quite be enough, and my body simply doesn't do well when I am performing 90min massages. If you are having trouble finding an appointment for a basic 75min massage, try exploring the new booking section which contains some alternative healing modalities that can help you heal!
