Chair Massage

I have performed on-site chair massage treatments for various companies around Long Island and in home chair massage events as well. Its a commonly used treatment for on the go clients. These treatments allow clients to feel more comfortable keeping all their clothing on, there is no need to take any clothing off for this treatment. And clients can still benefit from the chair massage relaxing their tension and chronic pain away especially in their neck, shoulders and back areas.

Deep Tissue

A treatment I specialize in and performed at various spas and medical clinics. Its a treatment that is used commonly for chronic pain and tension in the body. Its a combination of Swedish techniques with deep finger pressure to loosen up connective tissues, tendons and muscles.

Hot Stone Massage

A treatment that I specialize in and have used in many spas. This treatment is a very deep relaxing heat treatment. It deeply relaxes muscles and connective tissues, decrease any joint pain, helps with poor blood circulation in limbs and feet, great for chronic pain and tension.

Swedish

A treatment that I performed and specialize in giving clients a relaxing massage experience. Its a relaxation therapeutic massage treatment that eases away stress and pain in the mind and body.
