Kristen is the founder and owner of UNWIND Massage Therapy. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 6 years and is a member of AMTA. In 2015, she graduated from The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Her passion has always been to help people and finding the path of massage therapy allowing her to continue to do so.

Kristen specializes in deep tissue massage, incorporating trigger point therapy, pin and lengthen, while using calming massage strokes. These techniques allow her to work deeply without excessive pressure, and without causing pain or discomfort allowing the client to experience a deeper state of relaxation. Of course, more pressure is always applied when asked! Other modalities include, but are not limited to, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Myofascial Release.

Open communication between her and her clients are key to a successful massage, and with Kristen´s open and caring demeanor each client will feel comfortable to do so. Kristen is always eager and determined to help each client with their specific needs. She customizes each massage with what type of massage the client needs based off of what the client wants. This will ensure their satisfaction while becoming a lifelong client.
