I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 18 years experience.  I believe that each massage therapy session should be tailored to each client and not just a "routine". I seek continued education every year due to the ever changing world of massage therapy to ensure my clients are receiving the best massage experience.  I received by Bachelors in Science in Nursing from NWOSU in 2000 working in Med-Surg, ER and OB. I enrolled in Hand on Health School of Massage Therapy after my first massage in 2012 as a "hobby".  After moving to Alva later that year, my "hobby" became full-time within a year due to overwhelming response for the need for massage in the area.  I have worked for 2 local salons, went back to work full-time in OB, and eventually ended up being called back to massage full-time. I opened my own business in 2012 working from my home which allows me to spend time with my family. In November 2016 I moved my business to Spa Deco at 630 Center St.  My husband, our 2 boys and I love outdoor activities to which we recently added running, biking and indoor rock climbing to our resume. My husband and I have set a new goal of running a half marathon in every state and have knocked out Tennessee, Colorado, Oklahoma & South Dakota.
