I have completed a 600 hour program through the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA and am a licensed massage therapist. I am also a brown belt in jiu jitsu under the 10th Planet system. I have focused my studies on modalities to help optimize recovery for athletes in particular.
