The visit started off a little rocky. Vanessa told me I needed to stop certain products for longer than what is posted on your website and she questioned if she would be able to do the procedure when I said I stopped retin-A 10 days prior. She was able to proceed with the facial and my face appeared fresher afterward. Per website: “Please discontinue using Retin-A and all skin defoliants 5-7 days prior to treatment!”

I enjoyed my facial with Vanessa, who was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell on products, which some other salons sometimes engage in. The only disappointment was that the $25 head massage I purchased as an add-on to my 60-minute facial did not increase the total time of my service.
