Olivia Lyman is a skilled therapeutic massage practitioner with a deep passion for holistic wellness and healing. With experience working at a variety of spas, including a resort and spa specializing in hot stone therapy, Olivia has developed a well-rounded understanding of different therapeutic modalities. She also spent a year running her own massage business at the Naval Amphibious Base in California, where she worked primarily with military personnel undergoing BUD/S training, gaining valuable experience working on a wide range of body types and physical conditions.
Olivia’s formal training includes an Associate of Applied Sciences from the Pacific College of Health and Science, where she learned Eastern massage modalities. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Dynamic Cupping and stretching. She is also trained in hot stone therapy and gua sha, all of which she integrates into her practice for effective, personalized treatments.
Currently an aspiring acupuncturist, Olivia is continuing her education in acupuncture, building on her extensive knowledge of holistic healing to further help her clients achieve optimal wellness.
