In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, drawing/ painting, reading, and going to the gym. I can't wait to get started and I'm looking forward to helping you on your journey to wellness.

I have completed the 30-hour Sports Massage Certification program through AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). It consisted of 6 online courses and one hands-on workshop in Phoenix, Arizona. I obtained the certification in September of 2023.
