I am a licensed massage therapist who specializes in holistic modalities. I earned my degree from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage which utilizes anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as their educational foundation. Additional massage techniques learned include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, hot stone, and cupping. I am looking forward to training in Ashiatsu. I have over 500 hours of massage time where I was able to perfect my techniques and be provided with positive feedback.
Clients have provided me with reviews including decreased pain and stress at the end of their massage. Word of mouth can often be the best form of advertising and I have received compliments on my fluidity, pressure, and technique from repeat clientele.
I have always been passionate about holistic modalities which is a connection of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe this is where true mental, physical and spiritual health develops. In the words of B.K. SIyenger, a yoga founder, “Health is a state of complete harmony of the mind, body, and spirit.” This is what I strive for during each session with my client as I join them in their journey to health.
