Hello massage seeker! I go by Cat or Catherine. I have studied holistic health for 14 years and bodywork for 10 years in New Mexico and California. In my bodywork practice, I utilize Swedish, deep tissue, Myofasical release techniques, trigger point, therapeutic touch, cupping, fascial scrapping, hot towels, essential oils (complimentary by request) Ortho-bionomy and Craniosacral Therapy with a focused and whole body approach to fascial strain patterns. I'm working towards mastery in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Craniosacral is a gentle clothes on technique, but deep acting. I can integrate into massage sessions or it can be a stand alone treatment. I have seen it relieve irritated nerve pain patterns and create shifts in the body that effect posture changes and pain reduction. It has been useful for recovery of concussions and for mysterious pain  or sensations that don't seem to respond to anything else. I use whatever techniques you'd like and that I think will work best to achieve your intention.

Keep in mind when booking your sessions; Booking with a private practice will usually be a longer wait time because it is a one person show. If you need a massage quick, then it is best to best to go to an establishment that has many massage therapists.
