I believe in resting and letting go even for just an hour to allow the body to find it's self healing. My massage therapy treatments are a collaboration of all of the amazing modalities I've become Certified in throughout the years. I believe in the power of touch and activating each one's awareness and healing to alleviate pain and bring harmony to the body, mind and spirit. Certifications include: Medical Massage, MPS Pain Therapy (Micro-current Point Stimulation), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Cupping Therapy, Thai Reflexology (feet and hands) and Certified Yomassage Therapist.

As a Licensed Esthetician, my choice of skincare products has always been glo Skin Beauty. Each individual has different needs and the skin should be balanced, nourished & restored especially in our high desert elements. With my collaboration of education from the NM Aveda Institute & Certifications in various skincare modalities, I offer customized facials with a healing touch in a therapeutic ambience.

My first of many visits! Sonya is exactly what I was looking for in a massage therapist. Compassionate, skilled and ensured that the experiencing was relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling energized and relaxed. Her prices are also very reasonable so hopefully I can make it a monthly visit.
