She believes every client is different and unique and will tailor to their individual needs. She has found massage therapy to help her through illnesses and loves to pass on her passion. She has a grounded personality and fully believes in mine body awareness. Massage therapy is not only required for physical well being but also mental. Providing a safe place for people to come and let go of every day stress. Nicole specializes in Swedish and myofascial release but is also trained in other modalities. She has completed John Barnes Myofacial Release I, Myofacial Release II, and Myofacial Release Unwinding classes. She has worked with past injuries and everyday aches and pain with positive success.
