Hello, my name is King James I am a native of Raleigh, NC. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, I attended Gwinnett College Formally known as The Medical Arts School in Raleigh and after 13 years in service i still love it but my approach to massage has changed over the years of doing this work.

I am using the Gift, the Power, the Fire, THE LOVE that I AM to heal daily in more ways than one and then offer to others that experience in the form of a massage, a massage created and designed to get you back in touch with you, a massage designed to allow you to be free, to be safe, to receive love - Unconditional love, a massage designed to help you get back to what is important - SELF, LOVE, ONENESS, UNITY, BALANCE, ETC.

Company Policies and Information

· All clients must be 18 years or older unless parental consent is provided, and the parent is present during the entire session.

· The client is required to provide adequate workspace for the massage therapist to set up equipment. (For ALL Travel Service Clients)

· Hygiene is very important. All clients are recommended to bathe before the session but not required but appreciated.

. If you are sick with a cold, flu or anything contagious, have a fever, rashes, etc. it is advised that your massage be postponed until you are well.

All Travel prices include a $40 travel fee within 45 miles which is included in all current out-call prices to cover travel time, Gas and Set-up. Please keep this in mind when booking. ((Anything over 45 miles will be charged an additional $30)).

Late Policy

·Promptness is expected for all appointments. In the event of your tardiness, the massage will be cut short resulting in you getting the remaining time paid for due to other commitments with other clients after you, it will be in best interest for you to try and arrive 15 - 20 minutes early. In the event I am tardy you will still receive your full time paid for.

New In Office Clients:

We recommend arriving 15 - 30 minutes early to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do it in office. If you arrive at the time of your appointment without the REQUIRE paperwork done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service time.

New Travel Clients:

We will try to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early to your home to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do so before session. Upon our arrival at the time of your appointment if the REQUIRED paperwork is not done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service so that you can fill it out.

NO TOLERANCE POLICY

We are a professional, therapeutic, holistic Massage Therapy Service. We DO NOT tolerate ANY inappropriate acts, behavior and/or language towards the therapist at any point and will result in being banned from future services. ALL appointments WILL result in a termination, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the service also.

**Scheduling / Rescheduling & Cancellation Fee**

*When booking, canceling or rescheduling an appointment, it must be received in at least 24 hours*.

Rescheduling Same Day (Less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge.

Canceling & No Call No Show (Less than 24 hours) will result in a 100% charge.

No Same Day Appointment Are Available At This Moment

Any missed / no call no show appointments will result in client being charged and having to rebook your appointment.

All cancellations are only accepted by phone call and must be in 24 hours before your scheduled service otherwise... **100 percent of the appointment fee is due**.

Reservation Policy

All scheduled appointment fees are due upon booking your appointment online or by the business via invoice **to hold and secure appointment/ TIME!! **

James is an AMAZING HEALER! He truly has a gift from God! GODS HEALING HANDS! He is super supportive and down to earth, I never have to tell him my problem areas, HE JUST KNOWS! He is very intuitive, he helped me release a lot of trauma from my past and childhood. He also helped me with loving myself with his self love guided classes. Tell all your friends and family! He is simply THE BEST! I found my forever massage therapist!

This massage experience exceeded my expectations. New to Raleigh, I simply googled "Massage therapist specializing in trauma" and found A New U Healing. I had positive expectations just from reviewing the website but my actual experience blew me out of the water. From the moment I walked in, James was so incredibly caring and attentive. He is extremely intuitive and took so much time listening and actually caring for my needs. He did not rush the time at all, I felt like I had his full attention the whole time. He was there FOR me. The session was not only therapeutic but very educational. It truly was an experience. It was so good that I purchased a package after my first session and I am looking forward to going back.
