Our healthcare system is broken and now, more than ever we need to learn to take care of ourselves. The system isn't going to do it for us, but I want to help! I love to work with clients to combine traditional massage with other modalities to create the customized session that your body needs no matter where you are in your journey. We can work together to alleviate pain and tension from injuries, surgeries or just chronic patterns in your body. We decide together what areas will be worked on and what techniques will be used to make you more comfortable in your own body. You can choose the genre of music, the level of pressure, conversation or silence etc. ...it's YOUR session.
