Advanced training for injuries and a intraoral endorsement which allows me to assist client with TMJD, headache and whiplash more thoroughly.

Certification in Orthopedic Massage

This 150 hour course increased my understanding of treatment massage, structural body work and comprehensive assessment. I use myofascial balancing, deep transverse friction, facilitated stretching (Muscle Energy Technique), to customize treatment for each client. These techniques allow me to balance alignment, increase range of motion, decompress joints, and mobilize soft tissue which ease discomfort and pain.

Leslie is incredible. She is so knowledgeable about the body, and her treatments have significantly reduced my chronic nerve and muscle pain associated with cancer treatment and spinal surgery. My pain level was 6-8 all day every day, after starting treatment most days my pain is 0-1. My neuropathy has even improved. My quality of life has improved and I could not be more appreciative.
