I am a third generation massage therapist and my grandmother, Hilma, who learned massage in her birth home of Sweden gave me my first massage when I was 4 years old.  Since graduating in 96’ from The Healing Hands School of Massage in Philadelphia I have continued my education in various modalities.  Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, Thai-Yoga, Trager, Reiki, Tarot, Yoga Teacher Training and Mindfulness Meditation to name some.  

To build a bridge that unifies the body, mind and spirt, In 2005 I began my journey with Pathwork and eventually became a certified Teacher of this brilliant work.  Composed of 258 channeled lectures by a woman named Eve Pierrakos, this is a body of practical spiritual wisdom that lays out a step-by-step journey into personal transformation and wholeness, down to the very core of our being, offering guidance and advise for self-development and personal growth..  This is an inner dive through the layers of defenses, denial and fear that unveils our Real Self. I offer a once a month free class and private mentoring and workshops.
